We have created a global shipping plan with attractive shipping prices that are calculated during check-out and are based on a number of factors, including chosen service level (standard or express), destination country, the number of items you’ve purchased and the total weight of your parcel. You will be able to see the exact shipping costs in your preferred currency during your checkout process.
Most in-stock items are shipped on the same day and generally arrive between 8 to 12 days. Occasionally, shipping can take as long as 17 days based on your destination and selected shipping method. You will of course be provided with a more accurate timeframe upon checkout. Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
However, for certain shipping methods we may be able to support calculation and pre-payment of such duties and taxes. Shipping methods that support pre-payment of duties and taxes will be marked as such during checkout, so you can easily identify them. Should you choose to use this option and prepay duties and taxes as part of your checkout process, you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).
Dada And Mama is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.
Availability
The inventory of all items offered on the site is limited and it is possible that at the time of purchase the requested item will not be available. Dada And Mama reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or close the Site’s online store at any time and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.
Dada And Mama will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, Dada And Mama will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, Dada And Mama will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 14 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Dada And Mama at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
Free shipping
If Dada And Mama offers free standard delivery on all orders above 75 USD (or the equivalent sum in your chosen currency) – free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Delivery time
Dada And Mama will make reasonable efforts to have a third party carrier deliver all orders within 8-12 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
Prices & currencies
Dada And Mama cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.
All prices and shipping costs may change from time to time without prior notice. The applicable price in respect of a specific purchase is the price presented on the site upon completion of the purchase.
Uncollected packages
If the third party carrier will fail to ship and/or the shipment will be delayed as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you to Dada And Mama or the third party carrier, Dada And Mama may charge you with additional shipment and service costs. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Dada And Mama. We will charge you for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs.
