If you purchased an item on our site and wish to return it, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through our return process.
Please note that the item needs to be in its original packaging and without being worn, washed, damaged or removed tags. Please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.
We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store.
Once the goods are received and processed, Dada & Mama will issue a refund for the returned items.
Please note that it takes between 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached our International Return Hub and has been inspected.
All sale items are final sale and are non returnable.
Costs for return
Dada & Mama is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product.
Dada & mama will make reasonable efforts to process a refund for returned items within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order in question.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by dada and mama.

To facilitate this commitment, we have implemented a quality control program that is practiced right from the initial stages of sourcing raw materials to the stages of final finished garment and products.
All items are inspected once arriving to our warehouse and are inspected again before dispatch, and are carefully hand-packed.
If any delivered product was received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: email@example.com.
Please state the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclose a photo of the faulty item.
Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after you received your order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred. we highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.
